Aagam Holidays — we respect your right to control your personal data.
What will be deleted
- ✕Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
- ✕All chat messages and group memberships
- ✕Location data shared in trip chats
- ✕Push notification tokens and preferences
- ✕Travel booking requests submitted through the app
- ✕Any photos or files you uploaded in chats
What is retained (legal obligation)
Some data must be kept to comply with Indian financial and legal regulations:
- !Billing and payment transaction records — retained for 7 years (GST / Income Tax Act requirement)
- !Booking confirmation records linked to completed tours — retained for 7 years
- !Anonymised, non-identifiable analytics data
How to request account deletion

Send us an email
Email info@aagamholidays.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Include your account details
Provide the email address or phone number linked to your Aagam Holidays account so we can identify it.

We confirm your request
We will send you a confirmation within 7 business days.
- 4
Deletion is completed
Your account and all eligible data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.
